BEHAVIOR IS NOT A MATTER OF WILL.
🧠
BEHAVIOR IS NOT A MATTER OF WILL.
IT IS A MATTER OF CONDITIONS. We are used to thinking like this: - "I need to be more disciplined"
– “I need to tighten up”
- "The problem is me" 👉 This is the wrong frame. ⸻ The reality: 👉 The brain does not make decisions alone
👉 It reacts to the environment in which it is placed ⸻ If your environment is: – noisy
– digitally overloaded
– stressful
– deprived of natural stimuli ➡️ the brain goes into survival mode
➡️ attention breaks down
➡️ motivation drops
➡️ impulsive decisions increase ⸻ 🔬 This is not a weakness. It's biology. The environment:
– controls dopamine
– affects cortisol
– models neural connections 👉 In other words:
it shapes your behavior every day. But that's just the surface. There is a deeper problem 👇 ⚡
We live in an environment that was not designed for human biology. ⸻ Today: 👉 Constant EMF load
👉 Lack of contact with the ground
👉 Minimal sunlight
👉 Artificial light in the evening
👉 Wake up to sleep screen ⸻ ➡️ How does the body react? – impaired cellular communication
– increased oxidative stress
– nervous system in constant activation
– worsened sleep
– drop in recovery ⸻ 🌙 Circadian rhythm breaks down: – getting up without light
– life of artificial lighting
– late bedtime ➡️ melatonin ↓
➡️ Cortisol out of rhythm
➡️ the brain loses sync ⸻ 👉 And most importantly: We expect focus, energy and discipline
in conditions that oppress them. ⸻ 💡 The solution is different: It doesn't start with motivation.
Starts in the middle. 👉 light in the morning
👉 darkness in the evening
👉 contact with the ground
👉 reduction of EMF
👉 clear sleep/wake rhythm ⸻ 🧠
Change the environment → you change the behavior. Not by effort.
And through the right conditions.
